Enter your username and password provided by the system admin.

1. Dashboard

Once logged in, you will see the Dashboard, from left to right that includes:

  • Search Bar: Quickly find system features when unsure of their location.
  • Shortcut Buttons: Provide direct access to main modules (Academics, Students, HR, etc.).
  • Website Link: Opens the official EazyMan website with a full overview of the ERP system.
  • Reports: Access all system reports from this menu.
  • Academic Year Selector: Allows switching between academic years if required.
  • Style Selector: Customize the system’s colour theme to your preference.
  • Alignment Selector: Adjust how the Dashboard menu is displayed (layout options).
  • Language Selector: Choose one of the four main supported languages.
  • Notifications Icon: Displays system notifications that are sent or shared with you.

 

User Profile (Login Photo): Click to access options such as Logout, View Profile, or Change Password.

  • Students: Displays total students for the academic-year
  • Teachers: Displays total teachers.
  • Parents: Displays total number of parents.
  • Staffs: Displays school total staff.

Chats Module in EazyMan

The Chats feature allows administrators to communicate easily within the system. It includes four key tools that support collaboration and information sharing:

1.1 Income and Expenses

  • Track financial records directly within chats.
  • Share updates about payments, fees collected, or expense allocations.
  • Allows authorized users to discuss and monitor school finances in real-time.

1.2 Notice Board

  • Post important announcements to students, staff, or parents.
  • Replaces traditional paper notice boards with a digital, accessible platform.
  • Ensures that everyone stays updated with the latest information.

1.3 Calendar

  • View upcoming school events, exams, and activities.
  • Teachers can add academic deadlines, and students can check their schedules.
  • Syncs with other EazyMan modules for consistency.

1.4 To-Do List

  • Create and assign tasks to staff or students.
  • Helps manage homework, assignments, or administrative duties.
  • Provides reminders and progress tracking.
